Address whitelisting

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Address whitelisting is an added security feature that requires customers to manually approve every new added wallet address before sending their funds. This measure prevents unauthorized transactions and enhances the security of your account.

How it works

  1. When you attempt to send funds from Rain to a new wallet address, an email will be sent to your registered email address requesting your approval of the transaction.

  2. In the email, you must carefully review and confirm the transaction details including the address.

  3. Once you confirm, the transaction can proceed and the address will be approved to be used for future transactions without additional approvals needed.

Note that transactions with unapproved addresses will not be processed.

If you do not recognize the transaction details including the address, do not approve it and contact our support team immediately.
