How Does the Rain Affiliate Program Work?

The Rain Affiliate Program offers a monthly income by promoting Rain. Whenever a referred customer makes a trade, Rain allocates up to 60% of the revenue to the affiliate partner who referred that customer(s) to Rain. The program will be for a period of 12 months from Rain’s acceptance of your Affiliate Application (Initial Term), automatically renewable for successive 1 month terms (Renewal Term). The Affiliate will have the right to earn commission according to the Affiliate Program Terms for the duration of its participation in the Rain Affiliate Program. *(Terms and Conditions apply)

• Commission earned by affiliate partners is based on the last 12 months collective volume.

• The referred customer will also enjoy a 10% rebate on the trading revenue for the first 30 days of the signup.

• What is Rain’s Affiliate Program? Rain’s Affiliate Program is designed to offer you the opportunity to earn for a period of 12 months from Rain’s acceptance of your Affiliate Application, automatically renewable for successive 1 month terms up to 60% commission through promoting Rain brokerage services to your network.

• How do I start? You can start by submitting an affiliate application which takes about 1 minute to complete. The application will require you to provide us with simple yet important pieces of information such as the top countries that are the focus of your marketing activities. This will help us set you up in your Rain Affiliate journey. Once submitted, your application will get reviewed within 48 hours and you will be updated through your email on the status of their Affiliate Application.

• What’s next after the affiliate program approval? Once your Rain Affiliate Application is approved, you will receive your affiliate link. This link works like a referral link that should be shared with and used by your network to conduct trades on Rain. Additionally, you will get immediate access to a performance dashboard that provides you with insights on your earnings in real-time.

• What is the reward for affiliate partner? A reward of up to 60% revenue share will be allocated to the affiliate partner. An affiliate is entitled to earn up to 60% of the revenue from the customers referred. The program will be for a period of 12 months from Rain’s acceptance of your Affiliate Application (Initial Term), automatically renewable for successive 1 month terms (Renewal Term). The Affiliate will have the right to earn commission according to the Affiliate Program Terms for the duration of its participation in the Rain Affiliate Program. 

• How do I start earning? Through leveraging your network, whenever a referred customer makes a trade on Rain using your affiliate link, Rain will allocate up to 60% of the trade’s revenue to you. The program will be for a period of 12 months from Rain’s acceptance of your Affiliate Application (Initial Term), automatically renewable for successive 1 month terms (Renewal Term).

• How much can I earn from the Rain Affiliate program? Following is an example which explains what happens when an Affiliate Partner "A" brings cohort "B" Referred Customers on Rain Brokerage platform. Affiliate Partner "A" will earn commission as per the last 12 months rolling volume. Referred Customers "B" (referred by Affiliate Partner "A" and Traded on Rain Brokerage ) will also get a 10% rebate on the trading revenue for the first 30 days of the signup. Affiliate partners will be earning from all the referred traders for the duration of your participation in this program. The percentage of the commission is based on the last 12 months rolling volume, and is as explained in the following examples:

• What products and services the affiliate partner can promote? The affiliate partner can promote Rain Advanced Trading Platform (called Rain Pro), brokerage or OTC services.

• How can an affiliate partner see the performance of referred customers? Each affiliate partner will be able to get detailed insights on the performance of each promotional activity through the dashboard as well as track earnings in real time. 

• How frequently the affiliate earns will be sent? Subject to meeting the above volume tiers, and except in the case of manifest error, the commission is payable in arrears on a monthly basis. In the event of a manifest error the commission shall be payable within 21 business days of the correction or conclusion of the error.

• Do I have to pay anything to participate in the Affiliate Program? Absolutely not. Participation in the Rain Affiliate Program is completely free, subject to approval by the Rain team.

• How long an Affiliate Partner is eligible to earn from referred traders? Affiliate partner will be earning from all the referred traders for a period of 12 months automatically renewable. The percentage of the commission is based on the last 12 months rolling volume.

• What support will be give by Rain team to help earn from the program? Rain Affiliate marketing team will by educating partners about the region, crypto industry, promotions - and providing assets to promote across the network.

• What are some of the restrictions on promoting?

  • Affiliate partners agree to promote Rain without any misrepresentation, misleading information, or spamming.

  • Affiliate partners agree not to advertise Rain using paid advertising with branded keywords such as "rain," "rain crypto," or any other look-alike.

  • Affiliate partners agree not to create fake web pages or profiles on social media to promote the program.
