Submit original and valid IDs
Ensure your ID document is current and not expired. We require a photo of the physical ID card or passport, as scans and photocopies are automatically rejected. When capturing the photo, make sure all four corners are visible and the text is sharp. Blurry or cropped images are the most common cause of delays.
Select a valid proof of address
To verify your address, use a standard document that shows your name and residential address, such as a recent bank statement, utility bill, or tenancy contract. Submitting a document that doesn’t match our requirements will pause the process and may cause delays in verifying your application.
Verify your source of wealth
You may need to submit a document verifying your source of wealth (a document about your funds/assets). The document must clearly state your name, a recent date, and the issuing authority. Acceptable options include a bank statement or a payslip, provided they are dated within the last three months. You will be contacted if needed.
