Who We Are
Rain MENA FZE (the "Company") is a Virtual Asset Service Provider ("VASP") incorporated in the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, with its office at Level 5, The Offices 3, One Central, World Trade Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Company is licensed and regulated by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority ("VARA") under VARA Licence number IPA/26/04/001.
The Company’s Commercial License number issued by the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority is L-4043 and was issued on 14 July 2025 and valid until 13 July 2026.
Authorized VA Activities
The Company is authorized by VARA to provide the following Virtual Asset activities:
- VA Broker-Dealer Services to serve Retail, Qualified, and Institutional Investors.
- VA Exchange Services to serve Retail, Qualified, and Institutional Investors.
There are no restrictions imposed by VARA as conditions of the current Licences other than the limitations set out above.
