Application Form

With the Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) No.6698, data subjects (hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”) have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, applications to Rain Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. (“Rain Turkiye” or “Company”) are made by the method determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) or in writing.

In this context, written applications to the Company can be made with a signed copy of this form in the following ways: By the applicant's application in person; By sending return receipt requested mail by the applicant through a notary; or By sending an e-mail from the e-mail address registered in our system.

Application in person

The applicant must come in person and apply with a document certifying their identity.

Note: The phrase "Request for Information within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law" should be written on the envelope.

Application through notary

The applicant can apply by submitting this form to a notary public to be sent to us.

Application via an e-mail sent from an e-mail address registered in our system

The Applicant will submit a signed and electronically scanned copy of this form as an attachment to the electronic mail.

Note: The subject of the e-mail sent will be specified as “Request for Information under the Personal Data Protection Law”.

Your applications sent to us will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt, according to the second Subclause of Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in written or electronic form in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.
