Terms and Conditions 

1. The following contest terms refer to the competition terms and conditions that will be held by Rain via its Instagram Account. Only users who will respond to the contest questions on the Rain account will be eligible to the Terms and Conditions of the Competition. 

2. In order to participate in the competition and win, the user must answer the questions correctly by commenting on the posts published by Rain Financial instagram account and they must follow @Rainfinancial account on Instagram and @Rain_Managementbh account on instagram and @Rain_turkiye on instagram to qualify for the prize. 

3. @Rainfinancial account on Instagram and @Rain_managementbh account on instagram must be tagged on all the posts related to the raffle. 

4. Prizes will consist of a value of $100 equivalent to ETH crypto asset at the time of the award. 

5. The competition will start on 26th of July 2022 and will end on 31st of July 2022. 

6. Among those who successfully participate in the raffle, a draw will take place within four days as a maximum duration for announcement after every question to reveal the winner.

7. The announcement of the competition will be on both @rainfinancial as a feed post and @Rainmanagement_bh  as a story post 

8. The competition and the announcement will be exclusively held on and limited to Rain Social Accounts.

9. Once the winners are determined, the announcements will be made publicly. Winners must send their contact information to @rainfinancial or @rainmanagement_bh  Instagram account via direct message within 48 hours of announcement, in case the deadline has passed the person will lose their right and the winners will be selected from the alternate winners.

10. Participants must have a verified Rain account to qualify for the prize (Users under the age of 21 can not participate in the competition. Even if they have participated and won a prize, their prize will be void. On the occasion of such an event, other winners will be selected taking the above conditions into consideration.

11. Prizes won to a value of crypto asset on Rain should be used for trading  before withdrawal.

12. Rain cannot be held responsible  for any issue  that may occur  in relation to instagram, Twitter or any social media platform or access to this platform.

13. If it is determined that the participants manipulate the competition in any way, the user's participation in the competition will be deemed invalid. In case of inappropriate situations, the right of evaluation and cancellation belongs entirely to Rain. 

14. All participants are deemed to have accepted the conditions of participation written above.

15. Rain reserves the right to edit and change the “terms of conditions” at any time without prior notice.
