How does the Chiliz network work?
Chiliz relies on a dedicated blockchain network to process transactions and issue crypto assets specific to the sports ecosystem. The network uses a Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism, whereby a specific group of trusted validators verifies transactions and their validity and adds new blocks to the network, rather than relying on mining as in the Proof-of-Work mechanism. Validators are selected based on their identity and reputation, which ties their participation to maintaining the network’s reliability. CHZ tokens are used to pay transaction fees and power systems on the network, in addition to enabling users to participate in or view decisions made by the organizations they support and potentially participate in them. Meanwhile, Fan Tokens can be issued as tradable crypto assets, and the Proof of Authority model helps achieve higher speeds and lower costs.

How to convert Chiliz into cash?
