Explicit Written Consent

As the data subject of personal data, I have fully read, reviewed, evaluated and understood Legal Disclosure (Aydınlatma Beyanı) prepared and duly submitted to my attention by RAİN KRİPTO VARLIK ALIM SATIM PLATFORMU A.Ş. (the “Company”) in accordance with the Law No: 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable legislation; have fully and freely agreed, declared and undertake that I hereby grant my explicit consent for processing of my personal data limited to identity, communication, customer transaction, finance, marketing categories limited to providing and managing services related to the Company's field of activity, risk management regarding compliance processes, fulfilling the legal liabilities of the Company, informing customers about changes in the relevant legislation, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing information about the services offered by the Company and informing the customer about other services and special offers that are thought to be of interest to customers, and investigating, detecting, preventing violations of the law and user agreement and informing the relevant administrative or judicial authorities.

Consent on Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

With regards to my personal data that I shared with RAİN KRİPTO VARLIK ALIM SATIM PLATFORMU A.Ş. (“Rain Turkiye”) and processed by Rain Turkiye for the purposes specified in the Disclosure Statement Regarding the Processing of Personal Data (“Disclosure Statement”); I have fully and freely agreed, declared, and undertake that I hereby grant my explicit consent for my personal data: 

To be transferred to servers, programs, cloud computing, etc. other electronic environments such as storage, archiving, and information technology support for the purposes of carrying out Rain Turkiye’s activities, the operation of infrastructure and information systems,

To be transferred to Rain Turkiye’s main shareholder residing abroad, the main shareholder’s group companies and the business partners, performance assistants, and service providers of these companies for the purposes of carrying out Rain Turkiye’s operational processes and ensuring business continuity.
