Notifications regarding users’ transactions and account activities are sent to their registered email addresses, and when necessary, supported via SMS or mobile application push notifications.

- MKK Notifications

Notifications related to customers’ records in the Central Securities Depository (MKK) are provided via the E-Investor Portal. These transfers are carried out through the established integration with MKK.

- Notifications Regarding Customer Complaints and Requests

Responses to customer complaints, objections, and requests are delivered via registered email address, phone number, or mobile application. This process is carried out within the framework of the Customer Complaints Procedure and Workflow.

- Policy and Rule Change Notifications

Changes affecting company services or operations are announced through our website and/or via users’ registered email addresses.

- Liquidation and Suspension of Operations Notifications

In extraordinary cases such as liquidation or suspension of operations, customers are notified through their registered contact details.

- Extraordinary Event Notifications

In the event of unusual market developments (such as sudden price fluctuations, economic/political events, liquidity shortages, system failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, etc.), the measures and precautions taken are communicated through our official channels.

- Notifications Regarding Partner Institutions

Our company may cooperate with third-party institutions in areas such as market making, liquidity provision, custody services, or infrastructure support. Within this scope:

• If there is a direct/indirect capital, voting, or management relationship with the contracted institutions, this is disclosed on our website.

• The title of the authorized custody institution with which we have an agreement for the safekeeping of crypto assets, the custody model (e.g., hot/cold wallet ratio, multi-signature structure), and its relationship with our company are publicly disclosed.

• The updated list of contracted institutions and details of these relationships are published on the relevant page of our website, and updates are regularly announced.
