Rain acquired the Crypto-Asset Module (CRA) license from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) in 2019. This license allows us to serve customers for the purpose of buying, selling, and storing crypto-assets in a safe and supervised manner, while applying the highest standards of security online and offline.

Go to the Licensure Directory page.
Select "Capital Markets" for Category Type.
Select "Crypto-Asset Services - Category 3" for Subcategory Type.
In the third drop-down menu, you will see the name of the company. Select it and click on View Report.
Rain Trading Limited
In 2023, Rain expanded its regulatory footprint as Rain Trading Limited received a Financial Services Permission from Abu Dhabi Global Market’s (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), licensing the company to offer brokerage and custody services in the UAE.
