What Is a No-Coiner?
No-coiners are people who claim cryptocurrencies have no value and/or are going to collapse. As a result, they do not possess Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or some other digital currency. It should be highlighted that a person's lack of cryptocurrencies in their portfolio is not sufficient to label them a no-coiner. The term "no-coiner" refers to their attitude or mindset on cryptocurrencies.
Different Perspectives of the Concept of a No-coiner
Several dictionaries, like the Urban Dictionary, emphasize attitude over a lack of coins in their bags. For example, it defines a no-coiner as someone who did not invest in Bitcoin in its early days. As a response, they are resentful of others who took advantage of the opportunity.
Importantly, they express their rage or aggravation through frequent affirmations that BTC and the cryptocurrency business are nothing more than a hoax or a bursting bubble. Philosophers refer to no-coiners as suffering from ressentiment. As a consequence, people blame their failures and pains on external factors.
Surprisingly, those who do not believe in cryptocurrency exhibit the same zeal as those who do. In other phrases, they're not just dubious; they're positively certain that digital currencies have no place anywhere in the world. Despite proofs that cryptos have use cases, no-coiners exclusively see them used by criminals and other shady characters.
